1. Appointment of Chairman for council year 2011/20102 Lesley Smith declared she was not standing for re-election as Chairman. After what she described as a brilliant eight years she was sorry for the reasons for standing down. She thanked Michael Bohling for his support as Vice-Chairman over the past twelve months. Michael Bohling was proposed and unanimously voted in as Chairman and duly took the Chair. The parish council thanked Lesley Smith for everything she had done as a dedicated Chairman for the past eight years and as a parish councillor prior to that appointment.

3. To receive the Chairman’s Declaration of Acceptance of Office Chairman’s intent of declaration of acceptance of office was accepted by all councillors present and was signed by the Chairman and the clerk

4. Appointment of Vice Chairman for council year 2011/2012 Alan Bird was proposed as Vice-Chairman for 2011-2012 and voted in by unanimous agreement

5. To receive Vice Chairman’s Declaration of Acceptance of Office Vice Chairman’s intent of declaration of acceptance of office was accepted by all councillors present and was signed by the Chairman and the clerk

6. Annual Accounts Annual accounts were adopted by councillors present by unanimous agreement and external audit papers were signed by the Chairman and the Clerk
