10/030 Land Lets Any tenders received for Lisco and Mungrisdale Garden are to be considered and approved. Renewal of tenancies at Berrier and Wellfoot are to be confirmed.
10/031 Eycot Farm Caravan Update - locations for a possible agricultural dwelling are currently being researched as there is an area of SSSI near the farm buildings which needs to be taken into consideration when creating drainage for such a dwelling.
10/032 M Sport Activities in Greystoke Forest Update on discussions between Eden District Council and M Sport regarding forthcoming activities and retrospective planning
10/033 Wild Ponies on the Fell Update Progress on the castration programme of the wild ponies on the fell
10/034 Noticeboard Update Progress on the new noticeboard at Berrier. Approval is sought from councillors for the commission of the new noticeboard at Bowscale.
10/035 Highways Update Update on highways maintenance within the parish
10/036 Revised Salary Scales for Local Councils Clerks contract states that an annual increment of grade is to be applied as supplied separately. Approval is sought from councillors to accept and apply the increase.
