1. Apologies Michael Bohling, Andrew Holliday

Resolved that apologies be accepted

2. Appointment of Chairman for council year 2008/2009                                  

 Lesley Smith was re-elected as Chairman for 2008-2009 by unanimous agreement

3. To receive the Chairman’s Declaration of Acceptance of Office               

Chairman’s intent of declaration of acceptance of office was accepted by all councillors present

4. Appointment of Vice Chairman for council year 2008/2009 Michael Bohling was re-elected as Vice-Chairman for 2008-2009 by unanimous agreement

5. Minutes The minutes of the 2007 Annual Parish Council Meeting were declared as having been accepted as a true record on 9^th July 2007

6. Annual Accounts Annual accounts were adopted by councillors present by unanimous agreement external audit papers were signed by the Chairman and the Clerk
