8. Bannerdale Track ~ Three councillors gave time and materials at no cost to the council for repairs to the track and drainage |

9. Insurance for Parish Council has been amended to include the additional items of notice boards and computer equipment/printer to the renewal date. There has been no charge for this amendment. The excess on the plicy is £125 for any one claim |

10. Caldbeck Rambler 73/73A ~ changes to service for the coming year. The Sunday service and daily service during school holidays between late May and late August has been withdrawn |

11. EDC Draft Accessible and Inclusive Environment Supplementary Planning Document |
|
12. Environment Agency update ~ work hasn’t get been completed on the weir but it is planned for the next Financial year. The council had been asked to hold the funds on behalf of the Environment Agency but after consulting CALC for advice we declined to hold the funds. |

13. Local Government White Paper ~ CALC Interim position has been prepared and letter send to secretary of state for communities and local government. |

14. Appointment of External Auditor for 2006/2007 accounts has been made by the Audit Commission |

15. Communities and Local Government ~ Revised model Code of Conduct has been received |
