Stage coach (service No. X5 and X50) run regularly between Penrith and Keswick.
The nearest stop is "Mungrisdale road ends" which is 2.5 miles.
The "Caldbeck rambler" (service No. 73 / 73a) operates a return service from Carlisle through Mungrisdale to Keswick.
