Parish Council Annual General Meeting Held in the Mosedale Meeting House

On Monday 17^th May 2004

Those Present - Chairman Mrs. l Smith V/C Mr. A Tiffin Councillors Miss D Chalk, Mr. E Bird, Mr. M Bohling, Mr. E Teasdale, Mr. L Wilson, Mr. R Wilson, and 4 parishioners..

Apology Mr. R Jackson.

Appointment of chairperson

	Mrs. L Smith proposed by Miss D Chalk.
	seconded by Mr. M Bohling.
	Mrs. L Smith was elected unopposed.

The chairman signed the form of Acceptance of Office.

Appointment of Vice Chairman.

	Mr. A Tiffin proposed by Mr. L Wilson
	seconded by Mr. E Bird.
	Mr. A Tiffin was elected unopposed.

The Minutes had been sent to councillors and were signed as a correct record.

There were no matters arising, but from the Annual Parish Meeting the clerk was instructed to invite PC Tallontire to attend the July Meeting

Annual Accounts

LTAA/04 Mr. E Teasdale proposed that the accounts be accepted seconded by Mr. A Tiffin. The Chairman and the Clerk/FRO signed the account book and the Audit Certificate of acceptance.

LTA/SA/04 The statement of assurance was completed and signed by the Chairman and the Clerk/FRO.

IA/04 The internal audit has been completed and signed by Mr N R Preston.

Permission was authorised to pay the following accounts,

	Insurance £241.56
	Internal Audit £25.00
	CALC Subscription£95.50
	CALC Magazine £12.50

The meeting closed and was followed by a Parish Council Meeting.
