09/104 Pinfold Project - Update on the alleged unconsented change of use
09/105 BT Phone Boxes – News from Eden District Council and the Lake District National Park Authority regarding their position on the proposed removal of the BT phone boxes. Approval is sought from councillors to accept the request of some Hutton Roof residents to allow them to adopt and maintain the Hutton Roof phone box at their own expense, assuming that BT will remove the telephony.
09/106 M Sports Activities in Greystoke Forest – Two separate letters have been received from residents in the vicinity of Greystoke Forest regarding the nuisance caused by the activities held by M-Sport and the work undertaken by their contractors. The intention of the letters is to bring the matter to the attention of the Parish Council.
