10/092 Apologies Councillors to receive and accept apologies for absence
10/093 Public Participation - The Chairman will adjourn the meeting to allow electors present the opportunity to raise issues of concern or interest.
10/094 Declarations of Interest - Members are invited to declare any personal interests and any personal interests which are prejudicial, relating to any item on the agenda
10/095 Parish Council Winter Assistance 2010 Purchasing of Equipment Councillors are requested to consider costings provided by the appointed sub-group for the purchasing of winter road clearing equipment. The 2011 / 2012 budget allocated monies for this purpose and this budget was approved at the parish council meeting of 8th November 2010. However, approval is sought from councillors to allow the itemised equipment to be purchased in the current financial year by drawing on capital in order for the parish to benefit with immediate effect.
10/096 Parish Council Winter Assistance 2010 Rollout Approval is sought from councillors of the sub-groups suggested rollout of the winter assistance equipment as will be provided by members of the sub-group at the meeting.
10/097 Parish Township Boundary Stones Two possible sources of financial assistance have been identified by parishioners for the restoration and renovation of the parish township boundary stones. The grants have to be applied for by the parish council and approval is sought from councillors to support these applications, further to its support of the project in principle in the parish council meeting of 8th November 2010.
