Minutes from the Annual Meeting of Mungrisdale Parish Council held at Mungrisdale Village Hall on Monday 10th May 2010

 

  1. Appointment of Chairman for council year 2010/2011 – Lesley Smith was re-elected as Chairman for 2010/2011 by unanimous agreement

     

  2. Apologies – Apologies were received from Michael Bohling, David Huxley and Ronnie Wilson

     

  3. To receive the Chairman’s Declaration of Acceptance of Office – The Chairman’s declaration of acceptance of office was signed by the Chairman and the Clerk

     

  4. Appointment of Vice Chairman for council year 2010/2011 Michael Bohling was re-elected as Vice Chairman for 2010/2011 by unanimous agreement

     

  5. To receive Vice Chairman’s Declaration of Acceptance of Office – The Vice Chairman’s Declaration of Acceptance of Office will be signed after the meeting as the Vice-Chairman was unable to attend the meeting.

     

  6. Minutes – The minutes of the Annual Parish Council Meeting 11th May 2009 were accepted as a true record and signed by the Chairman

     

  7. Annual Accounts – The annual accounts were unanimously accepted by the Parish Council and were signed by the Chair and Clerk
