Andrew Tiffin Joinery for 2 noticeboards as per estimate £990.00 (+)

(plus possible additional costs)

- The noticeboards at Mosedale and Mungrisdale are in need of

maintenance. Approval is sought from councillors to fund maintenance eg re-varnishing of the noticeboards.

- Northern Fells have requested support for the minibus. The council has budgeted £300 for this. Approval sought from councillors to release an agreed sum of money to Northern Fells.

- Report on income received and current financial position

Income Received:

7/2009/3006 – Mr A Bird, Askew Rigg, Troutbeck – extension of an agricultural building, erection of feed bin, relocation of existing feed bin. Letter of support sent to LDNPA on behalf of the council,

09/033 Planning Applications Decisions

09/034 Eycott Farm update - EDC letter distributed to councillors. Response received by clerk from Adam McNally.

The ‘breach’ of planning control has gone to appeal. The start date is 31^st January 2009. Comments should be made before 16^th March 2009. A decision is sought from councillors whether the clerk writes a letter on behalf of the parish council to make known its views

09/035 Parish Land Registration – Update

09/036 Land Lets – confirmation of tenants for the period 1^st April 2009 to 30^th March 2010. Approval is sought from councillors to accept the tenders offered.
